you can't see the JPG's source code with notepad... I say that you can see it but what you see is an ecoded source code... that's why if you double paste it you'll not have 2 imagas :) but i don't know how you can see what you wanted to see... and i don't understand why you want that ? for a picture use any program you want ACDSee or... just windows, click right and you can see the pictures properties... like the camera which was used to take that picture and many other interesting things.
