To make your blog more frequently visited or gain more returning and loyal visitors, it's best to use the interactive sort of promotion. Comments and shoutbox widgets affects not only your site's reputation from other new visitors but also the returning visit stats.

I'm using my comments feature and shoutbox to my blog to let visitors chat and discuss with each other whatever they feel/think related to my posts.

I have got a blog which got de-indexed 1.5 months back..
It was getting reularly cached by google.
But its still de-indexed..Dont know why??

You can put question about this to Google via you google webmaster control panel or google forum.
