Choosing which blogging program to use is one of the most essential choices that you can make as a blogger.

Do you run a blog, what do you use and why did you choose to use it?

I will go for self hosted wordpress. First of all because if you want to do a serious blogging or you have a long term plan in blogging then a own domain + hosting it's a must.
Second of all because wordpress give me the power and the freedom to do whatever I want with the script in terms of customisation and in terms of adding new features trough plugins.
Third, because of the large support and the diversity of the templates available on the market (free or paid)

I like wordpress - because it is almost universally used by young bloggers --

Besides - I also like b2evolution platform. It also has great features - but as there are less users - the platform remains neglected.:nerd:

Definitely I will vote wordpress~!

Wordpress is best plateform as far as search engine friendliness is concern, I certainly go with wordpress.

Wordpress (installed on your own domain) as .com version is very limited, especially if your site is getting high amounts of traffic, they will likely show ads there.

Of course, I am in favor of wordprss becuase it will enjoy great popularity.
