Hello just a little problem I think?

The Boss Cart that I have install seems to be working fine,
the only problem is on the admin panel when I Click the Email templets it loads up, There are only two boxs named "HTML" and "TEXT" and a Title "Content Management" nothing else not sure if this is right :confused:, But never use the cart before so can not say for sure. Just seems as if there is something missing.

Also if you have any advice on setting up weight based shipping?
I have set a product to weigh 200 (not to sure what the type is eg grams) and a shipping method based on weight (£1.50) and when it comes to the checkout the shiping cost is 81p, So if some knows how the shipping cost is worked out?
