How about creating company in UK from other country

Can someone tell more about company in UK (because it is very good place) when founder living in other country?

To register a limited company in the UK, you have to become a director of that said company, and as far as I know, you have to be a resident of the UK to become a director.

Just check out the official sites to register companies in UK. I really don't think so the person needs to be UK resident. Surely, there would be some way out for this issue.
