What would you do with 300.000 eur?

Lets suppose someone would offer you this sum and ask you to invest it in one week, how would you invest it ?

What would you buy or in what kind of business would you invest ? Tell us, also why !

I would invest in real estate. Prices and rate of interest is really low at present, so it going to be a good deal. In addition, value of the property is not going to be the same forever and will definitely rise one day.

Part of them I will use for perfect rest, as it important for future work, part I'll try to use for estate property, part I will invest. For my opinion it is not reliable to lay money in one pocket.

I would invest in gold 100%. Not all 300,000, but at least a half, gold's value increases these times like a mad. :)
