Im yours new look what do you think?

We are planning a new look for Im yours singles dating site in 2010, we are at the design concept stage, we have just agreed on the new concept which you can see above, it is not coded yet.

We welcome feedback on how the concept can be improved in terms of usability, general visual outlook and site navigation, you suggestions will help up tweak the concept before it is finally coded.

Hi Temi,

the layout looks nice, although I would put stronger emphasis on Search field, as members who are not logged in will likely search first, the profiles under feed photos are closed for them, it can negatively affect the user experience, what do you think about it?

Also, if you provide us with the template, already sliced in PS, we can apply it in a couple of days. And you will have an absolutely unique website with domain aliasing, are you interested?

thanks for your feedback, I see your point though I am not quite sure I agree the proximity of the search form and the profile will negatively affect user experience but I am willing to try it out. I will create another page moving things around like you suggested and test both out at Google site optimizer, I will adopt the one Google optimizer indicate is the best converting configuration.

Thank for your suggestion of moving to your platform, on think I ABSOLUTELY dislike about your platform is the fact that one is lumbered with this at the footer of one's site: © 2003-2009. Powered by EasyDate Ltd. I think its a cheap way for your company to get publicity from your partners. I don't think its fair that I spend a lot of money advertising my brand/website just for you to rip fruit of my labour free of charge. Its one of the reasons I don't spend money or give much prominent to the site I have on your platform and that is the reason I am declining you kind offer. I think a white label should really be white, i.e. the platform provider is really in the background, not on the footer of all your site pages.
