Niche site getting 3200 uniques mth-anyone want a kick start?

Hello,
I signed to WDP a while ago, thinking I would get into the white label dating industry. Since then I have moved in an entirely different direction..Believe it or not moving boxes. Anyhow, I have owned a site for nearly 5 yrs askgrannydate.com which was started as a dating affiliate site, wrote over 75 articles, and seo'ed it over the yrs. it receives over 3000+ unique visitors each mth the majority(94%), being terms granny date, granny dating. I have 1st page listing for these terms, and other granny dating type terms for a long time.

I was thinking of setting up shop, creating a new fresh index page integrated into WDP,or just set up on WDP template and marketing to seniors (U.S traffic) and grannys (U.K traffic).I have decided to not pursue this even though it would most defiantly convert allot of traffic, as the traffic is extremely qualified.

Anyone interested in a massive kick-start to a niche dating business?
This is the link to LIVE traffic. I have traffic stats dating back to 05 here. Site makes 37/mth right now. Can be instantly set up with WDP template, and will get over 3000 clicks a mth.

Nearly 5 yrs old,. PR2 and excellent rankings in the serps. It was my first site I ever created, as you will notice when you arrive there. But im not selling it on its appearance, as most white label dating sites offer a template. Im selling it based on traffic, quality of traffic, rankings & age

This site would be perfect for a serious kick-start into the lucrative granny dating niche. 99% of every visit is from a qualified granny/senior dating visitor, meaning they typed in 'granny date' or 'date a granny" or "granny dating" etc..etc...

The site index page could get a quick makeover similar to grannydating.co.uk , then be integrated into a white label dating platform, as these guys have done, or you could simply use a template offered by a WLD company.

Im not into sitting on this site till I get what “I think” its worth, but unloading it quick & cheap. $999. You can sit on it, and make a profit, or get into white label dating and make a profit.
Would prefer someone who knows a bit about white label dating, and will take off 100 if you do, but will also help out someone who needs some guidance via phone, and email
