Is the religion important?

Is the religion important in the couple? Can the religion be a problem between the young couple. I ask you this because I am curious, I am catholic, my wife belong to the church of the reform and I can say after 3 years that at least for us this is not a problem. We go to the church one Sunday in the catholic church, another Sunday to the reform church.

I think religion is not important .has all people are human beings and they also have aright to leave according to their wishes. i don't consider religion as important in any aspects all are one and equal
