Just add them manually. It takes some time but it sure works 100%..

What I suggest that don't use any software for submission . Do it manually for best results .

Yes there are few automated tools in internet. You can try Allsubmitter. But remember that such automated tools for website promotion isn't good at now. Besides for such tools you need to find free bases with new directories and almost all of them are paid.
