Do you know the web address of a site with a good list of free directories?
such as: (SEOconfused*com/page/list); where all directories are free, easy to use, and accepted within a few hours?

i have tried to get a bunch of lists of directories from UK but not succeeded to find them also i have tried to get more directory lists and found but not all directories are free and fast approval. So try to find them on Google and make a list by yourself.

Fast approval directories are not good for SEO. Usually they have a lot of low quality sites and PR0 or n/a.

Directories are good for SEO. But it should be do follow with some page rank. Else its of no use.
