i think doing a auto submission tool is cool...

I think that even better than manual or auto submission is semi-automatic submission, meaning that you use a tool that takes you trough directories and pre-fills the fields so that the only thing you need to do is entering the category and maybe CAPTCHA code.
This way you have a much better efficiency when submitting your site.
This is exactly what fastIBL does.

I would prefer manual...coz too automated will trigger the search engine alarm

Thanks for sharing the info. I found fastIBL is very useful.

It is a long journey to submit more directories to achieve what you want with patience and charge.
