Niche Directory
Listings in directories related to your site will be given more credit and thus help your rankings more than a link from a general site.
So what do you think is it worth paying for link in a niche directory?

I don't think so.. I would still go for a mass submission on appropriate categories on general directories for my websites..

It depends on how trustworthy the site is deemed by search engines (is it considered an authority site). Also what volume of traffic does it receive. You can not just determine a price for links without knowing those two factors IMO.
