Sometimes it pays to save the list of your directories where you submitted your own website. Though some prefer saving just those who approved you link, it is important also that you track those directories that disregarded your submission so you won't waste your time whenever you get stumbled again on this directories. I think you can do it through your directory listing email confirmation.

You can also report some directories do those so that it can help others from wasting their time on those directory sites.

Are you saying that if directory is rejecting spam submissions, you want people to have Blacklist for directories that won't tolerate spam?

If this is the case then start with AMRAY Web Directory
