What are the factors we should consider when you buy domains, basically what I am looking is how they do domain appraisal? thank you very much.

I still don’t know that much about it myself and there are a number of different factors, but I think the following are important:
* Short as possible
*.com
*Best generic way to describe the category in the broadest possible way
*Big demand
