Thread: Hosting company doesn't want to give mi control over my domain

Hello,

Recently I bought VPS hosting and domain name from server4you.com, after series of misunderstanding (irrelevant for this story) they offered me a refund - which I accepted.



But now they do not want to give me control over my domain, I can not use my own domain of different hosting. They are simply ignoring my emails.



I checked my domain with WHOIS I am listed as owner - but anyway I can't to anything about it.



Do you have any advice what can be done?

Is your name / email address listed as the admin for the domain? this is quite important, if you are I can guide you as to how to move your domain away from them.

This is really serious issue. Please confirm that you are listed as admin of the domain. I mean your name or email address should be listed as admin.
