I will go with Godaddy http://godaddy.com
GoDaddy.com is the world's No. 1 ICANN-accredited domain name registrar for .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ and .US domain extensions ;)

Personally I say name.com... they have a fast loading, easy to use interface, and it's also pretty cheap to buy domains from them too. The reason I don't use godaddy is that it takes hours just to buy a domain after they've tried to sell every single product on the planet to you before the checkout...

Does anyone know how to register expired domain with good google PR? Does any company provide this kind of best services with cheapest cost?

Namecheap is for me, the only reason why I have a GD account is because domainers like GD for some reason. Otherwise most of the time I would stick to Namecheap.

I can say that godaddy is best for generic names, and eurodns.com for country codes. eurodns.com is particularly attractive due to the discounts they constantly offering.
