Best domain registrar?
Who do you consider to be the best domain registrar? Who gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.
Namecheap is personally my favourite as the pricing is reasonable, but the user interface is really smooth and easy to use, and the customer support is fantastic.
GoDaddy is my 2nd choice. The pricing is a bit better, but the user interface is awful and the customer support isn't that great. I often register domains there, then move them to Namecheap. :)

I would consider 1 and 1 web hosting to be the best as they offer splendid services at a very cheap and reasonable price.. I find it easy to navigate through what they called cpanel (their own version). Through it, it's easy to manage domains, setup emails and etc. You can even add some services.
Despite most of the users claim that they're the #1, GoDaddy remains my 2nd choice..

Another vote for NameCheap, they are great. Their prices are good, many free features with each domain, user interface is great and easy to get used to, they accept PayPal, and their support is great.

Godaddy and namecheap for me , mainly because they are easy to transfer to and from and most people use them.

Have any of you tried Name.com? I'm using it and I consider it a lot better than GoDaddy.
The private whois is free at Name.com.
Btw, stay away of Network Solutions. I've had very bad experience with them. I've tried to register a domain and after entering some data and clicking "next" I've seen the price of the first year of $35. I wanted to give up and to use another registrar, but the domain name was already reserved by NetworkSolutions for one year. I've paid $35 for a service that is only $9 at Name.com.
Actually the NetworkSolutions price is $10/year only if you register the domain name for 100 years (total $999). This is ridiculous. The 20 years price is $279.80 ($14/year) and they say that you save 60% because the regular price is $35/year.
Maybe this is offtopic because the thread title is "the best..." not "the worst...", but all the people that are looking for a good registrar are searching for "the best" and they must see this to avoid buying a domain for two lifes in order to "save" money.
