Thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where everyone can put reviews of domain registrars they use. That way, people thinking of using that domain registrar can check through the thread to see what actual customers think of them.

1&1 is a poor registrar and should be avoided, fact.

CreativeOn:

Customer Service: 4/10
Interface: 4/10
Cost: 8/10
Overall: 5/10

Reasonable pricing but overall a pretty poor registrar. Best avoided.

DomainSite:

Customer Service: 6/10
Interface: 7/10
Cost: 10/10
Overall: 7/10

DomainSite is one of those registrars that you pay for what you get. The domains are cheap but the service you recieve is pretty poor.

GoDaddy:

Customer Service: 8/10
Interface: 4/10
Cost: 9/10
Overall: 7/10

While GoDaddy provides reasonably cheap domains and a pretty good customer service, their interface is shocking, and for that reason, I rarely use them. If I do, I transfer the domain out ASAP.

Namecheap:

Customer Service: 10/10
Interface: 9/10
Cost: 8/10
Overall: 9/10

I've always had great service from Namecheap and while you pay a little more than some registrars, you are paying for a high quality service.

Namepros:

Customer Service: 7/10

NamePros is a relatively good registrar, though my main issue is I had to wait a couple of days last time for a query to be sorted. Having said that, I hear the system is being improved which should push up the marks given.

I personally love namecheap.com, a best domain registrar

I love Enom. They are providing excellent support and the prices are also affordable. The interface is also very clean and easy to use.

There is no denying the fact that Sibername.com will the best and most secure place to register domain names. It has many accreditations and the price is affordable.

Yeah that’s true, but lately…..many new web hosts provide good service and good price too. But we don’t know…when I try to find out at Google, I found the new site with good price and good service if we type the words of SPECIALOFFER 25% off all plans & billing when we registration to that site. And the name of the site is seekdotnet.com. Maybe this is can be useful for comparing the host site.
