Default LLLL.com - Has the hype ended?

I remember a little while back LLLL.com's were going for pretty decent amounts of money (mid $xx). Now, I am seeing them go for a lot less (low $xx).
Has the hype fallen flat on it's face due to people realising there is little or no value in the domains, or is it just due to the recession and the LLLL.com domains will remain their value at some point in the future?

It does seem like the bubble has burst..

The prices are definitely decreasing but I think that they will rebound because the domains have intrinsic value.

The ones with value are still getting low $xxx because people are fighting over the ones that might stand for some thing, the others are like gxhz.com which probably wont stand for much.

I still hold more value in 5 letter .com's and think they will be the next rush as they have nearly ran out ( if they havent already )

But still unless a domain goes over $300 i don think id sell it , under that just isnt worth the it ( unless you thought you'd never us it obviously )

The domain and site market is dip recently. But I believe the market price will return to upward when the economics condition become better.

Good Things Never loose value , but domains like qwsx.com can never have value , in my eyes.
Single word domains still get sold for good amount. Its just about finding the right buyer

Yeah, but I'm guessing that was a pretty powerful domain? Probably pronouncable and maybe even a dictionary word?

Anyway, it will go back up. Just hold onto any LLLL you have for a while and you'll get rewarded ;)
