Hotmail to be rebranded at Outlook.com
Microsoft is changing the name of its free email service Hotmail to Outlook.com. The new service will be integrated with other Microsoft acquisitions such as Skype so that users of the new Hotmail or Outlook as it will now be known can make Internet call using Skype.
The new services is said to be more efficient, some of the new features includes helping sort messages as they arrive and reducing clutter. Some of the features in the new Microsoft email services is said to be aimed at winning users of rival free email service: Gmail.
