Is there any source to know whether my website is listed on the Search Engines?
If listed, is it possible to know on which page my web page is listed or say my website’s Search Engine position?
If there is any source or tool for gathering such information, it would be a great help if you could send me the details.

As of now there's no such tool like that can give you result on what keyword does your site has a position. For you to know what is your keyword position on search engine, you need know your targeted keywords. And then check it manually for accurate result.
