I have visit a website" If we put in google.co.uk 'Flooring Supplies' - this is showing sponsored link with - 124 review with 5 star,

Then if we click on '124 review link ' --- go - this ---- link
Then my question is -

1. How to get My website on Top of the page (sponsored link) on google (If we submit my website on all reviews site)

2. Plz define me procedure (How to integrate with google)

The star you are referring to are feedback left by clients, Its now just any review site but some specific review sites including Google Checkout.
