Thread: Google doesn’t give a lot of weight to +1’s signals

Matt Cutts said on press-conference in San Francisco that search engine looks at Google+ signals and they’ll see how good it is. But Google doesn’t give a lot of weight on +1’s yet. Anyway, they will continue to experiment and maybe someday they will consider +1 signal as important search factor.

Also Cutts noted that Google Search Quality Team was renamed to the Knowledge Team.

Yes, I have also read one article which is about Google doesn’t give a lot of weight to +1’s signals. I also appreciate it and it is good because if google will provide the weight age to the +1 so this will manipulate the search result so much.

But yes, If you had clicked on the +1 when you search the term and that site have any keyword related with so that will also appear as result.(This will happen when you were login in the google account)
