Thread: Does buying twitter followers and facebook fans help with SEO?

So somebody linked me to this website that sells (apparently) real fans and followers for pretty good prices tiedyestyle.org/ has anybody used them before? Are the followers actually real? If they can't be detected as bought I'm thinking of buying a bunch for twitter and facebook accounts I have linked back to my site. Will this gove me a boost SEO-wise? It seems like it should but I'm a bit of a noob so I ask here. Thanks for the help.
