anyone explain why is going down and how can i improve GIP

There can be several reasons for it, for example, you have lots of similar content pages or google find it dificult to crawl your pages (for detail check your GWT account).

Flactuations also happen due the them updating some stuff in their system. Give it some time and see what happens.

That is not done by the google but it has been depend on our keyword, because how the keyword is working and the quality of the keyword which making changes in your page ranking. So google is not responsible for this.

This might be the fluctuation because of google algorithms update or may be Google have deindexed some pages from your website..
