Google personalizes searches for each user
Google will change the way search results are displayed. They will be personalized, priority being given to the last pages accessed by users.
To implement this initiative, Google will perform an archive regarding users activity, during 180 days, for the keywords used in searches and the results they access.
The most frequently accessed sites by a user will appear higher in the search result displayed by Google. "When you search for something using Google, we can provide now, the most relevant results" says Bryan Horling, software engineer, and Matthew Kulick, product manager at Google.

As ive said in a couple of instances its defiantly going to make SEO's work in a different way. I dont think it will be long before the unethical people find out what the "secret" cookie is and manipulate the searches with spyware ,
