Hi
Does Excessive links from blog comments is considered as spam?
What if I have all the links from blog comments?
Does it harm my ranking in Google Search Engine
I am submitting comments to relative blog only

No, provided the blog posts are relevant. Many blogs however have a 'No Follow' code on links in which case your activity may be irrelevant.

No, even if you will get back links from blog comments then its best for Google bot. But the content in the blog should be unique and no duplicate.

No, if the comments are related to what was posted on the blog itself. What is considered spam are comments with links that are completely irrelevant to the discussion on hand.

Never, blog commenting is a good source for getting strong back links. Google loves blog very much and consider the quality of the blog will be good.
