If your site’s internal link structure does not provide a path to all your pages, the Google robot may not see all the pages on your site. Google follows links from one page to the next, so pages that are not linked to by others may be missed.

Remove your low quality back links and for blog comments you can put a request mail to respective blog administrator to remove your link where you have put your link. I think this is the only method to remove your back links whether the administrator is active or not.

what you can do is submit site.xml and you can submit your site link with deep links in general web directories (paid one ) like www dot withdirectory dot com
It is my personal experience , I always submit my new sites and old in regular interval to get good traffic and index my sites.

Check your robots.txt file or meta robots, and make sure that you haven't disallowed that page for crawlers.
