i have a website & its related to web design company (esparkinfo.com) related site which is really in good ranking...

i need some changes from the part of design & make more seo friendly...

what you suggest for me to do????

may i lost the rank if i do above things.????

I know some general steps to follow to create search engine friendly website-

All clickable items on a web page should look clickable.
All clickable-looking items on a web page should be clickable and provide feedback.
Don’t put a link on a page that you do not intend for searchers/users to click.

You will not lose your PageRank if you don't overload on backlinks. Read Marc's link. Pace yourself and do everything by the book. Better safe then sorry.
