Thread: Faking PR

    Default Faking PR

Recently I saw on another website a Fake PR Checker and this struck me as odd. I wasn't aware that PR could be faked. Although I will not use Black Hat SEO methods I am still curious to know how they are done. Anyone know how a person fakes his/her PR?

I've also heared about this, but I don't have any idea how to do it.

    Sorry

Someone told me that you create a forwarding script that forwards to another page (with a higher PR). Once you gain that PR you remove the forwarding script. As far as I am aware though, google has fixed this.

Permanent redirect for a high PR page. After the PR is done, you change the redirect with your content and this is how you get a faked PR.

Method is not ethical anyway and I do not recommend using it!

Yes, you can use permanent redirect from your cPanel or 301 redirect script, it will direct all the traffic from the site to the other site. Mind you it is unprofessional.
