different ways of displaying Google site links
For a few week now I notice that some site seem to have their site links added as part of the description just before the site url is displayed in Google search result (like in the first image below. Prior to this, sitelinks is usually displayed more boldly as in the second image.
What I discovered today was that if I search for the url of the site in the attached images, in Google.com , i get sitelink displayed as done in the first image and if search engine Google.co.uk its displayed the way its done in the second image.
Anyone else noticed this before?

Im lead to believe they are just a cut down version of sitelinks and can actually be displayed in searches through out the rankings and not just for number 1 positions . Ive read it somewhere , whether its true or not im not sure .
