Creating your own business cards and flyers
That is the best way of learning how to work either with Corel Draw or with Adobe Illustrator CS. Actually doing something will improve your skills very fast. Create in the first step some business cards, basic ones, logo name position and telefone and try to set it up for an offset print. Of course, you will not be able to actually print it offset to see how you are done ( no one will do plates just for that ) with them, but you can create them and read another tutorial -> change them and so on till you get the result you need to get the courage of actually printing some. It is the same case with flyers, try it till you get it right. Telling this from my experience, you learn a thing fastest if you practice it on live work.
