As far as multiple submissions and duplicate content,

i submit a professionally written PR that i write to 25 sites, unlike many multiple submissions which suggest 80-100 sites. When a pr gets picked up by many websites it is shown on numerous websites but isn't classed as duplicate, as it is a news PR. So it doesn't apply in this case.
