Rules governing leaflet distribution
Are there any laws or rules regarding leaflet distribution? I presume there are some as it's pretty rare for us to receive leaflets through our doors unless its from a local takeaway.

It is not illegal but you might want to give those houses the have msg that they don't want to receive junks a miss. Contact DMA for accurate advise.

There is no legal laws against it as far as I'm aware there are only guidelines - hse.gov.uk/pubns/regindex.htm
