an anyone suggest some good sites that you are able to get referals from for you paid to click, surveys etc I heard that there are places that people buy referals !! Any suggestions??

There are places like Paid to Post forum where you can get referral in exchange of points which you earn like in HostBidder, Digital Points etc.

Try posting on Forums and pay them some amount like 10 cents they will become a referral to you. This way you can get 100's of user to join under you.
