So here is my question : Do you motivate your employees ? If you do ( thinking that you have just a couple of them ), what methods do you aproach ?
In business, it is very important to make others work for you as they were working for themselfes. It is very important to always maintain a connection with the persons you`re working with.
Some employers prefer to have a team building meeting at least once a month, to pay the renting for the football yard, if the employees are men, or to have a trip in another country in a experience exchange session.
