Who has some experience with different SEO companies?

I am dealing with one here in Colorado.
They have yet to present any good results to me, but they still have some time.

Anyone have any experiences they would like to share with companies specializing in SEO?

How did your experiences with the Colorado company go?? I would be interested to know. I have set up as an SEO consultant in the last few months, done lots of reading, training and learning and have started to get some really great results for my sites. I have started another SEO blog too if you're interested.

I have seen lots of threads on other forums about SEO companies and have also done lots of market research here in Spain on my competitors and have realised that to do it properly takes time and effort and that there are also a lot of dodgy companies out there who (like with every other market on the planet ) try to sell you a fast fix for some fast bucks.
