Default Billed Hours vs. Hours Worked

Whats your ratio like?

From what I understan 60-70% is the sweet spot an independant worker would want to strive for. At that percentage it keeps your pricing competitive, and helps to book your production time by better conversion rates. But at the same time, if you're good, then you're good. Why not charge for all the work you have put in?

As long as you do a good job and the client is happy, I'm sure you could charge 110% or even a bit more and no-one would notice too much Impossible to say EXACTLY how many hours a project's going to take, after all...

Agreed. It's all about client satisfaction, in my opinion.
