4.)On the View drop-down menu select ‘Summary.’
5.)For ‘Date Range’ set the time period that you wish to download.
6.)For ‘Campaigns & Ad Groups’ manually select your campaign from the list. Select one ad group at a time, and then select the ad group on which you want to report.
7.)Click ‘Add or Remove Columns’ and then select the following check boxes:
· Keyword

8.)Enter a name in the ‘Name Your Report’ field, and then click ‘Create Report’ to begin to process the report.
9.)After the report is complete, select the .CSV format in the ‘Export’ section, and then select ‘Save’ when prompted by the File Download window.
IMPORTING CAMPAIGNS:
1.)Save the desired campaigns from your other Pay-Per-Click provider to your desktop as an Excel spreadsheet file.
2.)Log in to adCenter
3.)Select the ‘Campaigns’ tab
4.)Select ‘More’ and use the drop down options to choose ‘Import Campaigns’
5.)From the portion of page that loads up, select which language/market you wish to target, and which time zone you are using. (This will be used when scheduling reports.)
6.)Select ‘Import File’ and then select the campaign file on your desktop.
7.)The file will then automatically import, and any errors will be presented in a separate spreadsheet along with a list of disapproval reasons.
If you have any difficulty importing campaigns, please remember we have a Support Team available to guide you through this or any other process.
Whilst on the phone we also talked about the Research tool within adCenter, and how this can be used to look up the previous month’s search data on your chosen keywords, and also provide a list of suggested words and phrases as well as their average click through rate and cost per click as well. This allows you to determine the competition on a keyword before adding it to your ad groups.
To use the Research Tool:
1.)Log in to adCenter
2.)Select the ‘Research’ tab at the top of the page
3.)Use the options in the ‘Refine Search’ section to choose which market you wish to search on, i.e. ‘English – UK’ to see the results for the Bing.co.uk search engine.
4.)Enter the word/phrase you would like to research and click ‘Search.’
5.)You will then be presented with your keyword and a list of related words. By clicking the tick-box next to them and selecting ‘Add’ you can then add your desired words to your ‘Selected Keyword’ list on the right of the page. Note you can also use the option to ‘Show match types’ to add more than one match type of keyword to your campaign.
6.)You can do multiple keywords searches and continue to add to your selected keywords until you have built up a complete collection of relevant terms. You can also use the tick-box above the Keyword Selection to add/remove match types on your keywords before adding them to your campaigns.
7.)Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘Continue’ and then from the page that loads select what you would like the bid on these keywords to be. Note that you can see an estimate of their performance, based on your selected bid, in the columns underneath. Once you have applied your desired bid value, click ‘Continue.’
8.)You will now be able to use the drop-down menus to import these directly into whichever ad group or campaign you wish, using the ‘Add to ad group’ button.
