In order to get a better positioning and better average CPC, you must try getting a high quality score. Few things you should look at when creating your ads :

- use keywords in ad title / ad description
- the landing page could contain keywords
- the landing page could have a good keyword density

( the last two apply to increase user experience, as requested by Google Adwords course)

Quality score can be achieved high if your CTR is high and this can be attained by creative and attractive advert.

Bidding on exact keywords also helps
