Here are some simple steps to follow in order to create a good viral marketing campaign. Of course, you can get these ideas and develop them how you like.


1. Be interesting and controversial. Make people talk about you.

2. Whenever something big comes in the news, share your opinion about it. Everyday if you can and have subject.

3. Share content on as much social websites as you can.

4. Let users share your materials/contents with easiness.

5. Use video networks for promoting your personal videos. Make them "view-worthy".

6. Use free downloads to acquire visitors who need what you give. E-books anyone?

7. Always create valuable content, that's the most important thing to do.

Another tip is to tell people when *you* refer someone to them. Then they are more likely to return the favor.

You forgot to include that creating a huge list of highly targeted email subscription is also helpful especially when you are giving out promotions and updates on your products and services.

I find it weird 'cause your question does not agree to your signature. You are suppose to be aware of this because since you are promoting an internet marketing company right there.

Anyways, by offering free ebooks and any other freebies in exchange of their name and email, you could build up your list. Ex. if you want to target audiences that are interested in cruise ship jobs, you could offer a free ebook about what to do and where to find cruise ship jobs. If they're up to this (needing it), they'd give their name and email to get to the download page. And now that you have their names and emails, you can use this list to promote related but paid stuffs, for example '10 secrets to landing a cruise ship job'. Hope you guys see my point here.
