Target keywords for website
How many target keywords should a site have?
-
20 keywords should be enough for a webpage. Out of them atleast 10 should be the main target

In my opinion 3 to 4 keywords per page is enough and use different keywords for different pages.

You may target as many keywords as you want. As long as your site provides the information about your chosen keywords, that will be good.
Not everything that counts, can be counted. And not everything that can be counted counts.

I agree with suichiro, however it is better to focus on targeting for a few keywords.

Yes Suichiro is right, as long as you can maintain its relevance and provide high quality contents that is related on it.

The keywords will depend on the market that the site is focusing on, if site have products page then extra keywords related to different products are needed.
