KEYWORD RESEARCH :
1. Do keyword research, and identify the keywords to target - Use Google external keyword tool with EXACT option ticked, Go for 1000+searches per month on your target market

2. Use some tools (Google it) to generate some keyword ideas

ON-PAGE SEO :
Optimise your website for chosen keywords, do not over do it, follow guidelines of Google (Search on Google for latest 2012 on-page SEO tutorials / videos and get great ideas)

OFF-PAGE SEO :
There are many link building methods as other members stated above, use those to get more backlinks and get success.

Hi Friends I am Tulip i think it is better to use social media sites for search engine marketing article submission , social bookmarking , forum , classified are best for link building.I always use facebook, twitter and other social media sites for marketing but how can i make marketing more attractive so that my likes and followers will increase.
