    Default is it wise to hire forum poster?

    imo.. building a site is easier than a forum. :p
    what do you think.. is it wise to hire some forum poster to make a kick start for a new forum?

    In some cases yes, in some cases not.

    It depends on how popular a forum can get. So I guess it is also important on what niche you open the forum in.
