My Site is lindamoodbell.com site PR is 6, Even Link popularity and Ranking also good in high Competitor Keywords.

I need increase my Website traffic so please give me your suggestions.

There are two ways to increase your traffic:
1. buy PPC keywords related to your site
2. have a link building pro gramme where you get related websites to link to your site with the keywords you are trying to optimise your site for.

you can use PPC sites but it can cost you much.... i think twitter can be one of the answer to your problem :D

I'm not going to give you specific details about the ways you should follow to drive you traffic, but rather i'd tell you to plan in advance what are the types of media you are going to use, and then get down to work.
It will need some research at first.
This way will allow you to get a big picture about what you are going to do, as well as it will be easy for you to track later.
