I don't think that link building is easy way. It is very long and hard work.

Technically it's easy but like a lot of easy things you have to seek out the right sites with a decent amount of traffic to build links with.

It's effective and free of course but It's time consuming. Pay someone else to do it for you.

There are websites you can't submit content on and a last resort will be to contact the site owner and negotiate a deal (most likely cash will be involved).

you are rite it is easy but you have to search a lot to get quality and effective link building websites.

Simply making link building is not a big deal and that links are not much effective even. Now in SEO it required to make quality link building to rank higher.

Rely on quality links rather than Quantity of links - and you would be good to go for long run!
