Can anybody provide quality directory submission list that approves submission in quick sucksession, please provide if you know.

I have listed some directories with high pr :

DMOZ , Lanic , The Internet Public Library, Free Ads Gratis Web Directory, SuperPages.ca,8 Art Cyclopedia , Family Village, Intute , Enviro Link , Script Search Directory , Femina , Patient UK , Maven Search , Gray Directory, Bizweb , PsychNet-UK, SoMuch.com , Anoox Directory , Re-quest , Web World

one of the most popular site used for submitting directories on the internet is DirectoryCritic there are n number of good directories to get link from, only one thing you keep in mind while doing directory submission is concentrate more on relevant high PR sites and avoid submissions on 0 or no PR site.

I was talking with one of my clients and offered him some proposal including directory submission, then he said that no directory submission is now considered as spamming?

Is it True?

I do not think directory submission is considered as spamming nowadays, please share yours ideas and suggestions in this regard.

I also use DirectoryCritic, the directories listed on this site are really quality directories, without any doubt.

I think most directories like social bookmarking sites are spammy. Unless they are within a single niche that point to your site that's in the same niche or it's yahoo or dmoz they're most likely spammy.

It depends on the quality of directory. If it is not quick approval and don't have spammy sites then backlink from such directory will be good.

As I have experience, directory submission now a days is very hard to find easy approval sites because of penguin updates, i submitted a directory sites but got rejected. I don't know why?
