I have a new website. How can I get google first page rank easily? Is there any effective technique ? And how long it would be taken to get first page on google?

Step #2: Embed the video onto your website
Step #3: Embed videos on pages with text
Step #4: Create a video sitemap
Step #5: Focus on long tail keywords
Step #6: Create a YouTube channel
Step #7: Build back links to your video

This is hard to achieve but not impossible,you can get it by having unique,informative and valuable content along with quality backlinks on your website and the most important thing is that the website is to be properly optimized and only by white hat SEO techniques.

Don't expect that your website will rank on the first page literally on the first night (btw, yes, you can do this but its black hat SEO) because organic ranking takes about three-six months to see the results but I suggest that you follow Google's Webmaster Tools Guidelines so that your link building and SEO strategies will not be compromised once there are algo changes.

First thing is it is not easy to get first rank in Google specially if you have new site.You can come in Google sandbox.In sandbox Google has been withholding high ranking ability of newly launched websites for 2-4 months. The penalty is applicable to new sites only and doesn't affect domains that are 4 or more months old and have good backlinks.But if you have older domain then its ok.Try to focus on fresh and quality content and link building.Submit your sitemap to search engines.Try some link building tactics like directory submission,social bookmarking,article submission,blogging,blog commenting,video submission.But remember to submit unique articles for each site and for blog commenting use blogs based on your niche only.

More focus on On page Optimization like title, meta tags, header tags, keywords, robots.txt follow nofollow, fresh content, Do not use flash images, heavy java scripts, etc.

Then you can move ahead for Off page Optimization or you can do quality link building by doing followings things,

1)Start quality link building at niche sites.
2)Find out the niche blogs / sites and contact them to publish your post from their blog roll for that you can provide them fresh content.
3)Increase your social media visitors and followers.
4)Ask them to re-tweet your post so that their followers can see your post.
5)Think like a user and then write your content on user aspect and take market approach.
