I'm using these SEO tools: http://seotools.habanaija.com/. You can find here a tool for analying backlinks too. Very good free service which has all tools that I need espacially social web tools.

i use opensiteexplorer and backlinkwatch for keeping an eye on backlinks. quite good :)

Opensiteexplorer.org of seomoz is also a good tool for backlink checking. Besides this link diagnosis Firefox add-on is also good for it.
